Hi there! We’re Brian and Kieran – a gay couple who’ve made London our home for several years.

We have just secured a new lease in a 2bed/1bath in Haggerston and looking to find 1 professional male to join us in end of Jan 2025.

Details:
- Rent £1250 excluding bills. As we have not moved in yet, we will work out utilities (internet, council tax, water, electricity)
- Large double bed room, furnished with double bed and mattress, desk and chair and cupboards
- Shared bathroom
- Concierge, shared terrace space

About us:
- Brian, 33, is originally from Sydney and works as a physiotherapist for the NHS.
- Kieran, 41, is from Northern Ireland and is an architect.
- We are both busy professionals who really enjoy our downtime on the couch. We are clean (but not super OCD) and easy going. We both enjoy cooking.

About you:
- professional, clean tidy
- not WFH
- looking to make the space a home to unwind in (not a party house).
- Gay male preferred

Landlord requires:
- reference from employer, previous landlord
- security deposit
