De Beauvoir Town - Beautiful room in Maisonette

It's with a heavy heart that I move out of my amazing home above the shops in De Beauvoir Town shops to move in with my partner in our own place.

The house is split across two floors with significant storage under the stairs. We were the first ones to move in after it was recently renovated so feels very new. The room available is the smaller of the two rooms you see in the floor plan. Includes a large kitchen, large living room and separate office space. The bedroom comes unfurnished (other than the closets) and the rest of the house is furnished. There is of course possibility for adding your own furniture should you have it, that you can discuss with the existing flatmate.

The existing flatmate is a 31 y/o lawyer who very much wants to make a home. The ideal flatmate understands how to make a house feel like a home and works full time (mix of at home and in office is ideal).

Price is excluding of expenses. Council tax band E.

Move in date states 1 Apr 25 but I have flexibility to move out sooner for the right candidate. You will have to go through reference checks with the landlord which checks salary etc. is appropriate for the apartment.
