Spacious en-suite in de Beauvoir

I’m relocating to nyc and my beautiful room in de Beauvoir will be available. The apartment is on a side road of Essex road and a 15-20 minute walk (depending on how fast you walk) to Highbury& Islington and angel tube station. You also need two codes to enter the building, which makes it really safe. The room and bathroom are both enormous. There are lots of buses, wine bars, cafes and stores around, I would honestly never move if I wasn’t relocating.

The move-in date is April (exact date tbc). If you can be somewhat flexible that would be great but if not, I could potentially leave the flat beginning of April. The bed and built-in wardrobe will stay and I’m looking to sell the rest of the furniture and can offer a bundled price.
