Looking for a Friendly Flatmate in De Beauvoir

Unfortunately my two friends are leaving our lovely home in De Beauvoir, and we are looking for a short-term let of the room from the 1st March until mid-May to replace them.

The Flat
The flat is homely, and we’re planning to redecorate and restyle in the coming weeks. It’s a two-story mezzanine flat on the lower ground and ground floors. The layout includes a bathroom, an additional toilet, a separate living room, kitchen, and the added benefit of a garden.

Located on Oakley Road in De Beauvoir - an amazing spot with loads of pubs, cafés, and restaurants nearby - we’re about a 15-minute walk from Highbury & Islington tube station and have easy access to Dalston and Angel.

The available room comes furnished with a double bed, mattress, and a chest of drawers.

Rent & Bills
Rent has (unfortunately) just been raised to £970 per room, and bills are currently £210. However, I’m working on lowering this with new suppliers.

About Us
I’m Lem, a freelance interior designer who enjoys horror movies, seeing mates, gaming, and making the most of what London has to offer. Mish would be your other housemate, and works in advertising and also loves a good movie night, as well as decompressing on weekends with mates.

We’re both laid-back and tidy, and while we’re fairly busy with our own social lives, we’d love to find someone chilled and relaxed who’s up for a night in or a few pints down the pub.
