I am looking for 1x (preferably female) professional to move in to my 2 bed flat to share with myself. This will be a sublet. Minimum 3 months but happy for someone looking for longer term up to a year.

The room has a large double bed and a sizable ensuite bathroom, a double wardrobe (the white wardrobe in the photos will remain and the mirrored one will be removed) and room for a desk (which I can provide)
It is a modern flat looking out on Shoreditch park with a large main shared living area/open kitchen and dining. It is fully fitted with everything you could need.

15 mins walking to Old street/angel and a bus stop right outside that takes you into the city in 20 minutes. The building is incredibly safe with a gate and fob entrance and a 24 hour concierge.

Ideally looking for someone in their late 20s/early 30s also working full time who will be respectful to the flat. I am looking for someone who respects that I do my own thing but wouldn’t mind siting on the sofa watching tv and having a chat now and again.
I work from home often and do like to keep the flat a peaceful tidy space. I am an early 30s professional originally from the US, I work in consulting and like to go out to eat & travel.
