The house has two bathrooms, a living room (with large TV and record player perfect for movie and wine nights), a bright kitchen with a skylight and a separate laundry. Housemates
You’ll be living with 2 girls and 2 guys in their mid to late 20s (working in film, fashion, science and finance). The housemates are one of the best reasons to live here - it is easy to feel at home with such a warm group of people. While everyone has their own busy lives, there are often spontaneous pub drinks, morning walks, and tea chats in the kitchen.

• Bills: ~£150 a month - including cleaner twice a month, wifi, water, electricity

Timing
Flexible on timing but ideally looking to transfer the lease end April / early May. The lease ends in October but rolls annually, catering to both short and long term situations.
