SHORT TERM LET - If you are looking for short-term let in an amazing top-level flat with a super rare private roof terrace with city views and a separate balcony that overlooks the canal in one of the best locations in Hackney, look no further!

I will be away for a few months so looking for a trustworthy person to take on my ensuite room in my bright and airy, spacious flat, overlooking the canal in a building adorned in ivy. The jewel in the crown is our beautiful private roof terrace perfect for BBQs, sunbathing, and yoga alike! There is ample space within the building for bike storage and more broadly, the security of the building is second to none.

Perfect for someone who is in between flats, student or someone in London for Summer.

My room is available from March 29th (possibly earlier) to early August.

ENSUITE ROOM
This room is furnished with a double-size bed. You have your own ensuite bathroom, so you won't have to share the main bathroom with my other flatmates.

The flat is very close to transport less than 5 mins to buses on Kingsland road and 6 mins walk to Haggerston overground station.

In terms of the flatmates - Eliza, a local British gal who grew up in Islington, knows all the best places around, and has a knack for spotting planes!

Filipa, an easygoing Portuguese in London working as a civil servant and does shift work.

During the week, we're pretty busy with work, so we're looking for someone on the same tip and looking to nest and make our flat somewhere they can also relax and rest.
