Hi, my flatmate is moving out so I’m looking for someone to take their room. I’m originally from Australia and have been in London for 3 years working as a designer in tech. I’m looking for a flatmate who’s easy going, tidy, has their own social life but also up for a few beers and chilling etc. The flat is in a great area with the canal, bars, restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Closest pubs are De Beauvior Arms, Rosemary Branch and Scolt Head.

The room is available from 1st of April.

- Tesco Express next door which is open 7 days a week, 7am -11pm.
- Minimum 6 month stay (request from landlord).
