Hello all 👋🏼 I’m looking for a short-term subletter for my place while I’m away at an art residency from April 8th - June 3rd. We’re in De Beauvoir, east-central, just below Dalston, with a 5-minute walk from the Haggerston Overground station. Nice-sized and naturally lit room with storage, lovely flatmates (one male, one female) who I know from my UCL masters cohort, southern facing backyard, a minute walk to the canal, 5min walk to a great local yoga studio, 2 bathrooms, Ring security system, and well connected commuting-wise.

Rent is £43 a day // £1,300 mo. | Total stay: £2418 [all utilities included]
