Modern Flat With View/Balcony onto Regents Canal

I am leaving my flat where I live with two close mates that I have rented with for the past year. I’m leaving as I have decided to buy, but they are keen to roll over the lease as flat is great.
The flat is modern (built in 2015) and has two balconies directly over the Regent's Canal (one from the bedroom in this listing, and one from the lounge/kitchen).
The flat is big and set over two floors, the main living floor has a full dinning area, good kitchen with washer dryer and dishwasher. There’s also a really nice lounge area.
My housemates are super chilled and great fun and they’re happy with someone who wants to go about their own thing or, equally, someone who wants to join in with them.
