I’m searching for someone awesome to take over my small room in our lovely house share in De Beauvoir Town (yes, that super trendy area!) on Southgate Road. You’ll be living with three fantastic housemates in their early 30s who are friendly, easy-going, and great company.
About the house:
• Amenities: Two toilets, a cozy living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a charming garden that’s just perfect for BBQ sessions. One is a bathroom for three people and the other is more of an ensuite for the other bedroom.
• Location: Nestled in De Beauvoir Town, known for its vibrant community and excellent amenities.
The room:
• Furnishing: The room was originally unfurnished, but I bought brand-new furniture five months ago. Ideally I would sell the mattress and bedframe, which has great storage underneath! The room is small which is why the price is lower.
The nitty-gritty:
• Rent: £850 per month, plus bills.
• Move-in date: Ideally around the 10th of May.
• Tenancy: You’ll be taking over my current agreement, which runs until the end of July. After that, it transitions into a rolling contract, so staying on is super easy if you choose to.
• The other flatmates are Sam, who is American and works in sales, Rebeka, American, who works in energy markets, and Ruben, who is Italian/peruvian and is a pub manager. They all have different schedules, with a mix of WFH and office.
