Room to let in De Beauvoir Town

Hi!

I am vacating my room in a shared house from 1st May 2025, as I am moving into my own flat. I am looking for somebody to replace me on the existing lease with my two lovely housemates (running to 31st December 2025).

Your room will be the smallest in the house, which is reflected in the rent. It’s fully furnished with a double bed, desk, and built in wardrobe and storage. West facing window. There are two toilet rooms in the house, one large with a bath and walk in shower, one is smaller with a toilet and small shower only.

Bills are around 150 per month.
You will need to have stable income to pass referencing.

You will be sharing with two young professionals. They work in environmental building design and finance, once or twice a week from home. They are quite busy with personal lives, so can be out of the house a lot, but enjoy socialising together, going to the pub or hosting a movie night with the projector. Daily routines are quite different amongst the housemates, so there are never any clashes with bathrooms. The house has two. Plus a laundry room.

The household is very clean and tidy, house responsibilities and bills are shared.
