Beautiful Victorian terrace house in De Beauvoir, with a garden, two bathrooms, a living room (with a big TV and a record player — perfect for movie and wine nights), and a bright, spacious kitchen with a skylight. There’s also a rooftop terrace on the second floor with a view of the city, which is great for soaking up the sun.

The layout is: two rooms upstairs, two on the first floor (along with the big bathroom), and the room on the ground floor, which comes with its own bathroom — as shown in the pictures. There’s also a separate laundry space and plenty of room for entertaining.

Location-wise, it’s super convenient:
• 5-minute walk to Dalston Junction Station
• Quick access to buses
• About a 20-minute walk to Highbury & Islington Station

You’d be living with two girls and two guys in their mid to late 20s, working in film, fashion, and finance. Everyone’s warm, friendly, and easygoing.

Timing:

Ideally looking for someone to move in for a month or two end of May but am very flexible. Planning on traveling for a couple of months so want to sublet until I’m back.
