Spacious room with views to rosemary gardens

SHORT LETS considered but the price would then be £1,800pm.

I’m looking to rent my spare room to someone chill, organised and friendly.

You’ll have a double size bedroom with your own bathroom, an open plan kitchen living room, all with views to the park. The flat also has a small balcony west facing.

The room could also have access to a parking space upon request. There’s a concierge from Monday to Saturday and half day on Sundays. The building also has a gym and a sauna, which you can use.

I love the area as it’s in the middle of Angel, Shoreditch and Dalston, only 20min away walking. There’s two buses in front of the building and you’ll be super close to the regents canal and De Beauvoir. There are few coffee shops, restaurants and pubs close to the building.

All bills are included, including bi-weekly cleaning to keep the flat super neat. Please note I had some works done to the flat and I’m still furnishing… so your room will be equipped with bedside, curtains and a desk.
