Double room in 2-bed De Beauviour Terrace

About the House:
A comfortable and well maintained, modern 3-storey terrace.
Ground floor: kitchen, living/dining area, and toilet/laundry.
First floor: 1st Bedroom and bathroom (yours),
Top floor: 2nd Bedroom and bathroom

Heated floors, solar panels, and double glazed windows keep the house warm in winter and cool in summer, whilst keeping energy costs down. I have most lounge/dining furniture, and kitchen items, so would be best suited to someone who just has bedroom furniture and a few bits and pieces for the kitchen etc.
There is a storage shed for bikes.

The Room:
Located on the first floor, it's a large, spacious, and bright (SSW facing) double bedroom with 2 3/4 sash windows. You have your own bathroom right next to your room.
The room comes unfurnished.
N. b. For reference, the bed in the picture is a superking.

About Me:
Originally from Australia but have been in London for 7 years, clean, considerate, respectful, open minded and a bit particular and sarcastic at times, but most importantly, I know what's needed to be a good housemate.

I WFH most days but this will change in the next few months, outside of this I'm generally an active person; I enjoy yoga, HIIT classes, running, cycling and usually have some random, often fruitless pursuit which I may be momentarily obsessed with (currently tennis and swimming)

Looking For:
A housemate who is interesting & sociable, open-minded, house-proud, pro-active and responsible, gentle, self-aware and considerate, and who actually values cleanliness (not just someone who says they do). Ideally someone who appreciates a peaceful and supportive home environment.

Bonus points for a green thumb who would be willing to put some effort into the front and back gardens. 🌿

Bills:
Bills are approximately £250 per month, which includes a fortnightly cleaner, gas, electricity, water, council tax, and internet (250Mbps).

Deposit is £1528.85.
