En-Suite Room in 5-Bed House – De Beauvoir, N1

We are looking for a new housemate for our home!

A few words about us: we are a very social house and we enjoy spending time in each other’s company. From brunches, movie nights, dinners or trips together, we believe in building a small community rather than functional cohabiting. If that sounds like something you’d be into, keep reading!

There are currently 4 of us in the house + Aria, our extra-sociable cat.

Some practicalities:
The house is a semi-detached 5-bedroom house in De Beauvoir Town, N1. It’s very close to the De Beauvoir Square and the Haggerston overground station.

The room is available from 11 June. The rent is £1,220/month + bills, which work out to around £120/month (Council Tax £45, Internet £10, Water ~£20, Gas & Electricity ~£45).

The house is 3 floors. The ground floor is shared space, and contains a living room, kitchen, shared WC and back garden/patio.

The room is en-suite and comes with a bed and built-in wardrobe. It is a 1st-floor west-facing room that overlooks the street.

References will be required by the agency if you'd like to be added to the tenancy agreement.

Viewings will be in-person on the evenings of 8–9 May, and during the morning and afternoon of Saturday 10 May.
