Large and sunny room in De Beauvoir

Hey! We’re looking for a new housemate to join our lovely flat in De Beauvoir/Dalston. The room is spacious, furnished, has loads of storage, and gets great sunlight during the day. The flat also has a big living room that’s perfect for hanging out or hosting dinners. The kitchen and bathroom are a bit smaller to make space for that, but still fit a washer, dryer, and our favourite — a dishwasher.

You’d be living with two women in our mid-twenties (25 and 26). We’re pretty social and enjoy grabbing a pint together, cooking dinners, going for runs or spending a sunny day out, but we also respect each other’s space and have our own lives outside the flat. We’re hoping to find someone around the same age who’s friendly, easy to live with, tidy, and has some shared interests.

We’ve been in the area for a while and really love it — it’s a 5-minute walk to Dalston Kingsland and Junction. London Fields and Newington Green are both about a 10–15 minute walk away, and there’s no shortage of pubs, restaurants, cafes, and green spaces nearby.
