I’m looking to rent out a very large double room in my spacious, recently renovated 2-bedroom flat with two bathrooms, available for either medium - or long-term stays.

The flat is on the 9th floor of a modern building in the lovely De Beauvoir Town area, perfectly located between Haggerston and Angel.

**The Room**

The room is particularly spacious and bright, with two large floor-to-ceiling windows offering fantastic west-facing views across London. The sunsets from the room are genuinely beautiful.

It comes fully furnished with a king-size bed and memory foam mattress, two comfortable pillows, and a generous floor-to-ceiling wardrobe with plenty of storage.

Working from home is absolutely welcome, and there is a desk in the room with plenty of space to create a comfortable working area.

**The Flat**

You’ll be sharing the flat with me. The communal space is a large open-plan living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen, with everything you need for comfortable day-to-day living.

There is also a balcony with great west-facing views across London — a lovely place to sit outside, particularly in the evening.

The building also has a gym and sauna available for residents, and parking may be available at an additional cost.

On the ground floor there is a Tesco supermarket, ATM and dry-cleaning/laundry service, which makes everyday life very convenient.

**The Area**

De Beauvoir Town is a lovely, relaxed neighbourhood, while still being very close to Dalston, Shoreditch, Hoxton, Angel and Islington.

There are plenty of cafés, restaurants, pubs and grocery shops within walking distance. Rosemary Gardens, Shoreditch Park and the Regent’s Canal are also just moments away — great for walking, running or cycling.

There is a bus stop just a few steps from the building, with several other routes nearby. Haggerston Overground and Essex Road stations are approximately a 12–15 minute walk away.

**About Me**

I’m in my 40s and originally from Lisbon, Portugal. I’ve been living in London for around ten years and work in the creative industry.

I’m friendly, sociable and easygoing, but I also really value having a calm, clean and tidy home. I enjoy chatting and sharing a glass of wine or a meal from time to time, while also respecting each other’s privacy and independence.

I’m looking for someone friendly, considerate and tidy who would enjoy treating the flat as their home rather than simply somewhere to sleep.
