I am looking to rent one double room in my spacious 2-bedroom flat for long or short term. It’s got 2 large bathrooms and is located on the 9th floor of a modern building in the lovely De Beauvoir Town area between Hackney and Islington.

This room is very large and has two large tall windows that give you an amazing view on the west side of London. The sunset view is breathtaking.

You’ll have plenty of space to store your belongings with a generous floor-to-ceiling wardrobe.
There’s a king-size bed with a memory foam mattress and two comfy pillows.

You are most welcome to work from home and there’s a desk available. 

The shared living room, dinning and kitchen, are equipped with all the utilities and comfort you need. A balcony offers west London view.

There’s a gym and sauna that you can be use for free in the building. Parking space is also available for an additional cost.

At the ground floor has a Tesco supermarket, an ATM, and a cleaning service shop.

You’ll find plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, and grocery stores just a short walk away. There are also the lovely Rosemary Gardens park, Shoreditch Park, and the Regent’s Canal just a moment away.

Just a few steps from the front door is a bus stop, and there are several more within walking distance. Haggerston Overground and Essex Road stations are about a fifteen-minute walk away.
