Double room in lovely De Beauvoir house

Hi potential new housemates

We are Josh, Lucia, Nic and Olivia. We live in a lovely 4 bed house in the middle of De Beauvoir. We work across project management, Localisation and Marketing.

We're a friendly bunch all have our own lives going on and have lived in London for a while but also are friendly and social and do the odd housemate stuff together such as trips to the pub, house dinner and the occasional house party!

House interests include hiking, baking, cooking, travel, pub, tennis, etc

We're respectful, clean open and considerate. We have a cleaner that comes every two weeks and keep the common spaces clean

The room:

The room is a double room at the front of the house with a window facing onto the private courtyard so it is peaceful and quiet. It is a smaller room but there is additional storage available should it be needed! The bathroom is a shared bathroom but with only one other person as there are two en suite rooms.

House:

- The house is one of four in a little gated complex hidden away from the street
- We have one allocated parking space in the gated private car park which will become available with the housemate who is leaving.
- Excludes Bills which come to broadly £160 per month and you'd be responsible for 1 of them e. g. Cleaner (everyone just adds to Splitwise)

Landlord is Benyen Estates and there is a referencing check as part of the process which will cost £50 as a one off for the person moving in.

They are pretty responsive and bring gardeners round periodically/touch up paintwork etc and we have a good relationship with them.

Amenities:
- Area is just lovely, there is local parks, pubs and sports centres as well as gyms and shops.
- We're a 5-10 min walk from Haggeston Station, Angel station is around a 20min walk
- There are plenty of bus routes into the City/West end etc
- We have lime bike parking outside and we mostly have bikes which there is space for
