Small double in De Beauvoir Square

Looking for a clean, tidy and considerate flatmate to share my basement flat which has a garden, plenty of parking and a cute cat on De Beauvoir Square.

The room has a double bed and built in wardrobe, with a large south facing window.

There is a large kitchen, living room and separate dining area in the extension, which has all been recently renovated. There is one shared bathroom.

The flat is centrally located, a 5 min walk to Haggerston or Dalston station and with lots of buses into the city. It’s about a 30-35 min walk into the city or a 10 min cycle / lime.

I work in finance and am in the office 3-4 days / week.
