En-Suite Double Bedroom in a Lovely Flat by Canal

I'm moving out for a few months and looking for someone to replace me ideally for the whole duration ~6months but flexible.

The flat is lovely (~80sqm) directly by the Regent's canal near Shoreditch park and Rosemary Gardens. It comes with a small balcony where you sit and enjoy breakfast. It is fully furnished and has a fully fitted kitchen and large living room. If you work from home there is also a small setup that I used but can be yours in the living room right by a window where you can see the canal.

The bedroom is the larger of the two. Large double bed with a wardrobe and a set of drawers. It also has ample light coming from two sets of windows. The bedroom is en-suite, has a small bathroom with a shower which is completely yours.

My flatmate is great, mostly works from the office, respectful and social, definitely looking for someone who'd enjoy the occasional pint with. We're ideally looking for young professionals but open to anything really.

The posted price is just for the rent, you'd have to account for around ~150£ p/m for bills and tax.
