Description
We have a double en-suite room going in our 4 bed flat in De Beauvoir estate (N1 5TN) from October 6th.
I’ve lived in the flat for over 3 years and have absolutely loved it! I’m only moving out to live with my partner.
The flat comes with a spacious living room with a hd projector for cinematic tv binging, some funky lighting fixtures, a well-equipped kitchen and balcony outdoor space.
The room itself has plenty of storage space, and a really spacious private shower and sink. The room is nice and cosy, complete with some quirky light fixtures! The room doesn’t have space for a desk (although the bedside table can function as a small desk if necessary) - I work from home in the shared living room downstairs 1-2 days a week but I would say it isn’t ideal for someone needing to work from home more than half the week.
The location is amazing, we’re 1 minute off regents canal, with some lovely pubs and cafes nearby, and we’re a short walk to some trendy high streets like Dalston, Hoxton and Islington. Bills come to approx 100.
About us:
Naomi works for the nhs as a Speech and Language Therapist. Out of work she enjoys staying active with netball and (sometimes) running, pints or coffee and a sweet treat with friends, bopping around the Dalston charity shops, and flatmate trash tv binges
Miriam works as an event supervisor and does freelance hospitality gigs aswell as life modelling - loves a tv/film night, going out to the local pubs and chilling in shoreditch park and the London fields lido✨
Sophie - Kiwi gal from New Zealand who works as an interior designer. Loves travelling, exploring new places and having good chats
The flat has a very friendly, relaxed vibe - we all have our independent lives but enjoy chilling together in the evenings that we’re in, and having the occasional meal and pub trip together. We’re not a massive party flat (host a couple a year maybe), and are respectful of each other’s spaces.
We’re looking for someone who is clean, respectful, lgbtq friendly (friendly in general ideally) to move in with us. We’re looking for someone fairly near in age (mid 20s to early 30s), and we don’t mind gender. Drop me a message telling us a bit about yourself and what you look for in a flatshare if you’d like to arrange a viewing! We will be holding viewings on the 8th and 10th of September.
