Cosy room in Large Houseshare

About the house :
It’s a 3-storey house in De Beauvoir (near the square). We have a large open kitchen living room/dining area. There is also a small patio and garden out back.
We are all aged 27-30 and consider each other friends more than housemates, we often hang out together / go to events / coffee canal walks/ mix with friends etc. So we are looking for a like-minded individual to move into our happy home 🏠
As much as it’s currently a girlhouse we have no preference on gender as long as you’re the right fit.

Your room :
- double bedroom
- furnished
- you share the largest bathroom with Madison (everybody else has en-suites)

Location :
- The house is right near De Beauvoir Square
- 5 mins or less from Haggerston Overground
- 15 min walk to Old Street
- 60 seconds to canal entrance

Your housemates :
- 🙋🏽‍♀️ Ayesha (me) - 30, i work for a data company
- 👩🏻‍🏫 Emma - 27, teacher
- 👸🏻 Mads - 28, building manager at the palace
- Mia and Hattie will be moving out in October, so we have 2 rooms available for the new start date.
We have a separate ad for the other room (due to the big price difference)
