-Location - centered in de beauvoir with a park (Rosemary Gardens) and Regent's Canal a minute away. Amazing local pubs, coffee shops and De Beauvoir high street 5 minutes away. Tesco express across the flat
-The bus stop is across the street w/ 2 lines running into the central London, but walkable to Old Street station (northern line) or Haggerston station in 10 minutes (overground) too. Lime bike park right outside flat too
-You'll be living with 1 guy (kiwi) Patrick, 1 girl (english) Imogen, both 28 working hybrid, corporate jobs. Both very nice and sociable people and quiet during the work week
-Whole flat fully refurbished in June so everything is new and well kept (there's also a dishwasher included)
-You will be getting the bedroom with all the dressers, bedframe (double) included (except mattress) and plus your own storage room that's very big (see video). Bathroom is massive - there's a shower and bath tub and is shared with Patrick who's very clean

-someone 24-33 and is a working professional, similar enough lifestyle to the 9-5 during weekdays
-clean, tidy, respectful of shared space and sociable and comes with houseshare experience
