Double room + private study in Islington/Dalston

Would you like to live in your dream house with dream flatmates? You've come to the right place.

Radnor Villas is a converted pub in Dalston/De Beauvoir Town where two of the finest flatmates are currently searching for a third.

Your future room is lovely, large and cozy!

We'll start with the bed... Genuinely the comfiest bed! Feel free to test. It's crazy!

We'll now move on to the study. Yes, that's right, you'll have a personal study that's within your room. It used to be a walk-in wardrobe, but was converted into a study for the WFH people.

You'll also have your own bathroom! It's not connected to your room unfortunately, but is directly opposite. Nathan and Hamish use the upstairs one, so it's all yours.

Kitchen: such a vibe. Big room, loads of cupboards, gas cooker, AND a Sage Barista machine. Hamish used to be a speciality barista, so expect legit coffees with pretty latte art on tap.

Shops are close (few min walk), as is Dalston station.

Added bonus: Hamish has a car parked outside and flatmates have access to it.

About the flatmates:

Hamish: works for a company that invest in startups. Session keyboard player. Does art (you'll see it around the house). Good cook. 27 y. o.

Nathan: consultant, but a cool one. Song writer. Good cook. Great at conversations. 26 y. o.

Both Christian. Both nice. BOTH REALLY CLEAN!

We are looking for someone (guy or girl) in their mid-20s - early-30s. It's important you're an early morning person, not a late-night person as Hamish's bedroom is a mezzanine to the kitchen, so late-night cooking might wake him up. You also need to be clean!
