Lovely room in De Beauvoir / Dalston with garden

Me and my friend Jade are looking to fill a third room in a gorgeous flat in our 2 floor maisonette in East London in November. It is a 3 bed with 1 full bathroom and 1 toilet, the kitchen is currently being renovated (full appliances!) along with the deck in the beautiful garden. Council tax band C, energy rating C. The flat is furnished with the essentials, we can clarify further with the landlord on exactly what there is.

Location
Just 5-10 min walk from both Haggerston and Dalston Junction overgrounds, right by bus stops for 242 243 149. Right off the Kingsland road which is great for food, drinks and charity shops. We love the pub and it's surrounded by some of the best!! Amazing proximity to East London gems such as Victoria Park, Broadway Market, London Fields, Regents Canal.

Cosy but comfortable space on the second floor with tonnes of natural light. Good storage, but not suitable if you have LOADS of stuff!

What we're looking for & about us
We are looking for someone with good cleanliness and respect for the property, but not expecting things to be cleaned that second, very chilled vibes. We are social and love having drinks and dinners with friends, not out at the club every weekend but all over the odd boogie. We love cooking (mainly veggie but sometimes flexi- not put off by meateaters at all) and exploring new neighbourhoods around London on the weekends. We would love a housemate that is up for hanging out and spending time together. Keen to make the garden stunning!
I'm a Sales Manager at a street food company and Jade is an administrative assistant for a charity and we both work in Shoreditch. The landlord has requested a professional over a student.
