Small Double Bedroom Available Now

LOL TOWELS ON THE BED CUS I WAS AIRBNB’ING THE ROOM FOR ABIT WHEN IT WAS LAST EMPTY!! (All 5 star reviews btw not a flex or anything)

Our flatmate just told us they sadly need to leave due to affordability issues which leaves us stuck in October. The room is a small double hence the £850 inc bills price. Landlord will want a deposit IF you’d like a long fixed term contract.

The flat is in a great location (opposite Hunter S), has a spacious lounge & kitchen with 2 bathrooms (1 shower), plus a balcony with a city view. The room is furnished however can be unfurnished if someone wants a long term contract. The small bathroom opposite has always kinda only been used by the small bathroom too.

Need to update the pics a little still we are due to further decorate & rearrange the lounge for a more homely feel. We like to keep the place clean.

We are looking for someone who is:
- looking to move in now/ within a week (7ish Oct)
- Easy going
- A breath of fresh air not a wall of odor type person
- Doesn’t mind smoking ^ the irony (shared spaces stay always fresh)
- If long term then sitcom vibes

About us: 2 males, 28 and have been friends since meeting in Newcastle 10 years ago where we’d lived together too.

I (Faham) work from home on my own projects, and have to move around a lot so I’m away for a week or so every month.

Henryk works in his office which is a 2 min walk from the flat and both have somewhat flexible hours.
