We are looking for a third female flatmate to join our warm and sunny home in de Beauvoir town in the heart of Islington. 🌞

About us

You'll be living with Georgia (32) and Georgia (31) two professional females in law and marketing.

We're both good friends, having moved to London in 2023/2024 from Sydney 🇦🇺!

We are sociable and respectful of personal space, and enjoy travel, friends, cooking, Sunday roasts, wine, going out, etc etc. We are known to host the occasional dinner party but we aren’t a party house. We also love a sleepy Sunday binge watching reality TV!!

About you:

We are looking for a female professional between the ages of 28-35. You are friendly, tidy and considerate, enjoy a chat over a coffee or wine, but you like your own space and are keen to create a peaceful home environment.

Rent: £1,375 per calendar month.

Lease: the current lease runs until 24th August 2026.

The room:

The room is lovely and sunny with a big south facing window. It has a furnished double bed with a side table, a chest of drawers and two built in robes. There is space for a desk if you need to work from home, but we would prefer a housemate who is in the office most of the time.

Bond/deposit: £1158

Council tax: Band E

Bills: approx £200 pcm per person (this includes council tax, water, internet, a fortnightly cleaner, heating and gas all divided equally by three). We also share the cost of some essential items like dishwasher tabs, toilet paper etc. and pay for a quarterly TV licence (around £15 each).

The Flat 🏠

The house is a renovated and furnished three bedroom flat with lots of light on a leafy and homely neighborhood street with almost no through traffic. The kitchen and main living space is a great open floor plan. We have access to the front garden which has space for a small table and chairs. There is one bedroom with an ensuite and two smaller bedrooms which share the main bathroom. The Flat is moments away from de Beauvoir Deli (amazing local grocer and deli with great coffee), the de Beauvoir Arms pub (great vibes!) and also has a local Tesco, Sainsbury, nail salon, dry cleaner and pharmacy steps away on Essex road. There is a bus stop right outside on Essex road, and Angel and Highbury / Islington are the two closest tube stations (7 min bus ride or 20 minute walk).
