I’m subletting my lovely, double room in a delightful 3-bed maisonette flat from 20th October to 9th November for £550 inc bills with a £50 deposit (just to ensure no flaking). *The PCM Rent I pay is £1000, so this comes out to a roughly £100 discount.*

It’s a large charming room with lovely sun in the morning, and is cozy in the eve. There will be space for your things in the built-in wardrobe and we’ve got plenty of storage throughout the house if you’ve got suitcases.
It also has a double bed and is very nicely decorated. Unfortunately there's no desk.

The house is in De Beauvoir Town, a 5 min walk from Haggerston overground, a 13 min walk from Dalston - for all the best nightlife, shops, bars, events etc!

We’ve got great access to public transport overall, and it’s also a 15m cycle to central London. And there are places to keep your bike outside the flat.

There’s a Lidl 10 mins away on Hoxton st, as well as Hoxton market.

The house comes with 1 boy and 1 girl, very outgoing and lovely (and my very good friends). If you want to be social in this flat you can, or if you'd rather hunker down and be private in your own space, then that's totally fine too!
