Large, bright room available in De Beauvoir Flat

A spacious double bedroom is available on the top floor of a beautiful 3-bedroom maisonette in the heart of De Beauvoir Town.

It’s the largest room in the flat, filled with natural light thanks to two large windows, making it bright and airy. The room comes with a built-in wardrobe and has plenty of space for a chest of drawers, desk, or other furniture. It’s otherwise unfurnished, giving you the freedom to make it your own.

The top floor bathroom is shared with just one other housemate (Holly), which is great as no long waiting queues for the bathroom.

Current flatmates are two females, we are in our early 30's. We get on really well, love all things yoga, fitness, cooking, travelling and exploring London. We lead busy London lives, so equally have separate friendship groups but come together for dinner in or games night. The local area is full of pubs, restaurants and cafes so we are usually out exploring these at the weekends.

We’re looking for a relaxed, easy going housemate who’s busy living the London life but wants a calm, cosy sanctuary to come home to. The flat is very much our peaceful space to unwind and recharge from the city’s pace.

The house is perfectly located, with short walks to local areas and good transport links:

- 10 minute walk to Dalston Station & Haggerston Station
- 25 minutes walk to London Fields
- 5 minutes walk to local pubs De Beauvoir Arms and Scolt Head
- 20 minute walk to Highbury and Islington

Other bits to know:

- Room is £1250 per calendar month
- Bills are around £190 which include internet, water, gas, electricity etc
- We also have a bi-weekly cleaner which is included in the bill cost
