We’re looking for someone to take over our tenancy of a large one-bedroom flat in the superb De Beauvoir from 27th of November.

Location

We believe that this is one of the best spots in London. Located in the centre of De Beauvoir, on a beautiful quiet street, picturesque! 12 mins walk from Dalston, 13 mins from Haggerston, 18 mins from Highbury & Islington, 25 mins from Old Street & Angel (although very quick and easy bus links). There are a few Lime Bike stations close by too. This is very much the sweet spot with plenty of restaurants, shops, bars nearby but also lovely and quiet. It’s around the corner from one of the best pubs, The De Beauvoir Arms. Hunters, Talbot, Scolts Head less than 10 mins walk away too.

The Flat

A large one-bedroom basement flat. Huge bedroom, spacious open-plan living and dining room with sectioned off workspace, dining area and kitchen. The bathroom is a full suite with decent size shower and bath combined. Private entrance, and finally, huge patio doors which lead out to the very large garden which you have sole access to - comes with a shed and BBQ. This is perfect for a couple or single occupant looking for lots of space.

The Details

We need someone to take over our tenancy. Rent is £2000 p/m excluding bills which come to around £300 on average (varies based on season). The apartment is part-furnished with bed, sofa, wardrobes and dining table and then we’re happy to negotiate for additional furnishings that we’ve bought specifically for this flat. There is always parking available to on the street too (although requires a permit which is pretty easy/affordable to get).

Viewing and Requirements

Contract date would begin 27 November and we plan to conduct viewings 1-2 November. Applicants should be in full time employment and will be subject to acceptable references. Note: It will be your responsibility to maintain the garden.
