Andreína (34) Venezuelan, graphic designer. I like discovering the city on foot and getting inspired by art and film. I enjoy trying different classes throughout the year, but yoga, dance, and watercolours always pull me back.
Chern (32) is originally from Australia. He works as a transport planner and generally works from the office most days. In his free time he enjoys running, baking, photography and random YouTube documentaries about the Roman Empire.

What we're looking for in a flatmate:
If you're a party animal, and the kind of person who invites a bunch of people over after a night out, I'm afraid this isn't for you. Not that we're not fun, we love to hang out on the balcony with a glass of wine and have a laugh as much as the next person, but our house is our home - not a student flat.
We just want someone nice, thoughtful, honest and respectful, that contributes to keep the space we share clean and cozy for everybody. If you work long hours, then you'll find calm and refuge with us. We love long conversation, going for walks, going to the cinema, watching Netflix, reading and generally being normal. If you're thinking 'thank god', then we think we'll get on (:

What the landlord is looking for:
Must be able to provide previous landlord references, proof of financial stability (i. e. salary of at least £30k a year and no debt) and employment for a number of years.
Couples are not allowed, we're afraid. If you have a partner who you expect will be over a lot, that is also not preferable as landlord doesn't want more than 3 people in the flat.
No subletting is allowed.

Please note the current lease is due for renewal June 1st 2026, with a potential increase in rent. Landlord has been reasonable in prior years (+2% in 2025)
