Hello! We are looking for people to take over our lease for a lovely 2-bed Georgian townhouse with a garden, right in the heart of De Beauvoir!

The warm and cosy flat is split over three levels: the first floor has a hallway with access to our garden, the second floor has the kitchen and living room, and the third floor has two double bedrooms and shared modern bathroom. It gets plenty of sun throughout the day and our street is very quiet and residential. Bonus: our downstairs neighbour is an absolute delight and the landlord is really kind.

The rooms are bright and airy, with gorgeous sunlight and big windows looking out onto the street and into the garden. They both come furnished with beds and mattresses and ample shelf space (one of the rooms also has a small wardrobe). We also have plenty of storage space in the attic.

The location is prime: the flat is right behind De Beauvoir Wholefoods, Deli and Arms, with connectivity to 141/ 73 buses at your doorstep and a 10-minute walk to Haggerson overground.

Deposit: £1,701 per person

Both of us are moving into our own flats before our current lease expires in January, so we're ideally looking for someone who can take over the lease from December 3rd (it would be 6 months minimum).
