I’m moving in with my partner, so my amazing penthouse apartment with views across the city, and De Beauvoir cafés and Dalston’s nightlife on the doorstep — is becoming available. Move-in around mid-November, with some flexibility.

The room is a fully furnished, large double with loads of storage, a walk-in wardrobe, ensuite bathroom, and direct access to the roof terrace. It gets beautiful sunlight throughout the day and has an incredible open view.

The flat itself has a bright, spacious living/dining area and sits right on the canal at the edge of De Beauvoir and Haggerston. The rooftop terrace is the real highlight. 5-minute walk to Haggerston Overground and about 10–15 minutes to Dalston. Central London is easily reachable in under 30 minutes, and Shoreditch/Old Street in around 10 minutes by bus.

You’d be sharing with two lovely flatmates from New Zealand in their late twenties, both working in marketing and advertising. Can recommend if you are also social, relaxed, and easy to live with.

The room is £1,550 pcm the household is open to all genders and couples.
