I am leaving my sunny and cozy room in De Beauvoir Town and looking for someone to replace it!
The room is in a 4-story house on Northchurch Road with 5 friendly flatmates. There are 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in total so every bathroom is only used by 2 people. Flatmates are Ben, Caoimhe, Hannah, Calum and Gen working in different fields from architecture to finance, who are always up for a drink or weekly catch-ups but also respectful of people’s personal schedules.
🏠 There is a large kitchen big enough for multiple people to cook together, a seating area and dinner table in the open plan kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dish washer, 2 fridges. There is also a separate section for laundry with washing and drying with plenty of room for storage.
There is a terrace and a garden area that is just renovated by the landlord.
There room has in-built shelves and a closet and a shared wardrobe just outside of the room. It also comes with the bed frame but *please note that there is no mattress* as it is mine. The room is south facing and has load of sunlight.
It’s pretty well connected with overground and walking distance to victoria line and many bus routes connecting to central london. Many cute cafes and bars around the corner.
Move in date is 23 November.
Rent £1015 pcm
Bills are approx. £150 pcm including everything and a cleaner twice a month.
