Hello! We are looking for a fourth person to join our flatshare in De Beauvoir/Newington Green. The house has a living room, kitchen, and a courtyard. The room in question is on the second floor opposite to another bedroom, with a large bathroom directly under (walk-in shower and a bath!). The room comes furnished with a table, chair and massive built-in wardrobe.

The rent is £830 per month before bills (£100-130).

The location is fantastic — well connected in a lovely area. It is located on the borders of zone 1 and 2: 10 mins walk to Dalston Junction, 15 mins to Highbury & Islington, 8 mins to Canonbury, 2 mins to De Beauvoir town, 2 mins to Newington Green, 25 mins to Angel. You can get everywhere even quicker by the bus - 30, 38, 56, 341, 476, 73, 141, 21 stops are right outside the house.

I’m Meri (25) and working in a think tank, Lena (24) is a PhD student, and Ruby (23) is a civil servant. We became friends in university and have been living together in this house for two years. We love talking about politics, pop culture, and ✨the state of the world✨ over a cup of tea or a pint. We hang out and cook together a lot.
