Five minutes walk from Haggerston station. Short walk from the best pubs, coffee shops, bars and restaurant around De Beauvoir, Haggerston and Dalston.

It’s a cosy, homely flat. Would suit someone easy-going, who wants to care for place, used to keeping things relatively clean and tidy but overall wants somewhere that feels like a home.

Keen to keep friendly, relaxed atmosphere of the flat. Someone willing to hang out in communal spaces a couple evenings a week. Perhaps watch a series or share some conversation or a cup of tea . Be good to have a chill, comfortable living environment.

About me: In my 30s, work in luxury travel and have a hybrid role (in office three times a week - Would suit someone with similar work set up). I’m out several nights a week either with friends, work events or the gym but equally like some chilled nights in. I like to cook and occasionally like to host friends for dinner or drinks. My job can be pretty hectic so I appreciate downtime and can easily wile away a few hours reading, watching something good or listening to music. Definitely one for easy, straight forward communication and appreciate a good sense of humour.
