Description
**available from February***
A cosy double room in Haggerston/De Beauvoir. Currently a custom wardrobe solution but there’s an ikea wardrobe can be put up if needed. There are several large storage cupboards which can be and are currently used for additional storage by the rooms tenant. Will add more photos soon. But video can be provided on request.
It’s a modern flat on the canal with balcony overlooking the water of Kingsland Basin. It’s just five minutes walk from Haggerston station and a short walk from the best pubs, coffee shops, bars and restaurant around De Beauvoir, Haggerston and Dalston.
It’s a cosy yet homely flat. Would suit someone easy-going, who wants to care for place, used to keeping things relatively clean and tidy but overall wants somewhere that feels like a home.
It would be good to keep the friendly, relaxed atmosphere of the flat.
About me: In my 30s, work in luxury travel and have a hybrid role (in office three times a week). I like to cook, sample local restaurants, check out new exhibitions/plays, going to the gym, sauna and enjoying a few drinks down the pub. My job can be pretty hectic so I appreciate downtime, and can easily wile away a few hours reading, watching something good or listening to music.
You’d be taking over existing tenancy. So you would need to pass reference checks and pay a deposit. Any questions about that don’t hesitate to ask.
