Description
**available from February***
Very cosy double room in Haggerston. There are several large storage cupboards which can be used for additional storage. Will add more photos soon.
It’s a modern flat on the canal with balcony overlooking the water of Kingsland Basin.
Five minutes walk from Haggerston station. Short walk from the best pubs, coffee shops, bars and restaurant around De Beauvoir, Haggerston and Dalston.
It’s a cosy flat. Would suit someone easy-going, who wants to care for place, used to keeping things relatively clean and tidy but overall wants somewhere that feels like a home.
Ideally, I’d like to keep the friendly, relaxed atmosphere of the flat. Rather not life like strangers.
About me: In my 30s, work in luxury travel and have a hybrid role (in office three times a week - flat would suit someone with similar work set up or more office based S room is snug).
I like to cook, sampling local restaurants, checking out new exhibitions/plays and having a few drinks down the pub. My job can be pretty hectic so I appreciate downtime 6too and can easily wile away a few hours reading, watching something good or listening to music.
You’d be taking over existing tenancy. So you would need to pass reference checks and pay a deposit to the departing housemate. Any questions about that don’t hesitate to ask.
