Beautiful room with garden view in De Beauvoir

Hi all!

I am so sad to move out of this beautiful room in a big beautiful De Beauvoir sharehouse. But we need a fun, busy, sociable person to fill the room.

ABOUT THE LOCATION:
Situated in the perfect location on De Beauvoir road, you're walking distance from Haggerston/Dalston overgrounds, and lots of buses on Kingsland road. There's supermarkets, cafes and gyms galore surrounding you.

ABOUT THE ROOM/HOUSE:
This is a big, old, 3 storey house with 4 bedrooms, 2 downstairs with a bathroom (where your room would be), kitchen and living on the middle floor, and two bedrooms and a bathroom on the top floor.

The bedroom is super cosy, and it has double doors that open to our garden. It's AMAZING during summer having your doors open 24/7 and enjoying the sounds of the birds. The room comes with a built in bed and mattress (lots of storage underneath) and two built in open clothes racks. I don't have a desk, but you could prob squeeze one in if you really want.

ABOUT THE HOUSEMATES:
Lucy (35): Flower extrordinaire who is always busy either making bouquets at several florists or treating people to delicious meals at St John. She loves yoga, saunas, and having a tasty bottle of wine.

Reece (31): Classic Irishman with quick wit, a love of cinema, and an impressive ability to run long distances even on a hangover! He works from home mostly in data consulting.

Ivan (33): A brilliant coffee roaster and even more excellent housemate! Introduced me to every random quiz show the BBC has to offer, and has a love of reality TV. Can usually be found having a lovely drip coffee and absolutely destroying the cryptic crossword on a Saturday morning.

ABOUT YOU:
Lucy, Reece and Ivan are chill, mature and independent and that's all they're looking for!
Someone who has their own life, but is also happy to chat and chill with your housemates. We're all in our 30s, so we expect a good level of cleanliness and putting in to help keep the place running.

**PLEASE NOTE: to keep the fengshui as it is now, we are only looking for people who DO NOT work from home. Having 4 people in the house is a lot and 3/4 work completely out of the house so we'd like to keep it like that. PLEASE only message if you have a job that doesn't work from home.

**ALSO PLEASE NOTE:
My room is situated under the kitchen, and it is an old, sometimes creaky house. This is just a courtesy to say it can be loud in my room when people are cooking and I sometimes have to wear earplugs if I'm tryinig to sleep. I'm used to it, but it is a consideration if you're a really light sleeper!

MOVING IN:
Our agency will have to approve you with normal checks etc and then if possible you could move in December 7.
