Double room in penthouse flat along the canal

I am looking to sublet my room while I go traveling in our De Beauvoir/Haggerston flat share.

The double room is available from 16 January.

We’re looking for a professional who's friendly and easy-going, someone who respects others' privacy but also likes to hang out to enjoy the flat and the amazing local area.

You'll be living with 2 friendly french people: Manon who has been living here for 6 years and Samuel who has just moved in.

We’re open to all nationalities and genders, preferably someone aged 28-35 years old. But we just want to find the right fit; someone who’s looking for a temporary home rather than a room.

The Flat:
The flat is a penthouse flat on floor 6 with views on Regent’s canal, and the skyscrapers in the city. It has a very big living room, with an open plan kitchen and a huge balcony running along the entire flat.

The available room has a double bed, desk, wardrobe, as well as its own access to the balcony. The bathroom is shared with Manon.

The room and bathroom have been entirely refurbished a year ago, with new flooring, a brand new bathroom and the walls have been freshly painted.

Situated in a great location, we are 5 minutes walk from the Haggerston overground, which links up to the Elizabeth and Victoria Lines for easy travel to almost anywhere in London. The house is right next to Regent's Canal, and there are lots of cute pubs and restaurants nearby.

All bills included in the price, including a weekly cleaner.
