De Beauvoir Town (N1) - new housemates wanted!

Two rooms to rent in a beautiful house in De Beauvoir Town, ideally starting around 10 January 2026. The house is conveniently located close to the iconic De Beauvoir Arms and De Beauvoir Deli. N1 - between Islington and Dalston.

The rent for each room is £1,348pcm. The period will be around 10 January 2026 until 28 October 2026. There are currently four tenants (it's a four-bedroom house), with two moving out in January and two staying on in the property. We are looking for either two individuals or two friends coming together.

The house is lovely. It has a substantial and well-equipped kitchen-dining area which opens out onto the spacious garden, where we often eat meals in the spring/summer. There is also a comfortable living room/TV room on the ground floor. The communal areas are all fully furnished (by ourselves).

The two bedrooms (which will come unfurnished) can accommodate a double bed, desk and storage furniture - see photos for a picture of an unfurnished and furnished room. Each room's window opens out onto quiet rear gardens and the rooms get good sunlight.

The house has two shared bathrooms/showers, with the largest bathroom also containing a bath. There is a further WC on the ground floor.

Your housemates would be Tom (29) and Harry (28). We are hard-working professionals who are active and enjoy going out locally. We absolutely love the house and have been living here since October 2023 with two friends (who are now moving elsewhere). The property is kept very tidy and we have a cleaner who comes every two weeks.

Please note the rental price does not include monthly bills, which are currently around £130, plus cleaner at £40. We rent through a letting agent so any problems in the property are fixed very quickly and at no cost. The deposit is £1834 not £1348 (Spare Room would not let us input the deposit amount as the app thinks the Tenant Fees Act 5-week cap applies).
