Lovely large bedroom De Beauvoir high ceilings

Hello! I am moving out of this beautiful room in De Beauvoir Town on Jan 16th 2026 and am looking for someone to replace me. The room is really lovely, with high ceilings and two giant windows. It was also painted about a month ago.

The room is the largest in the building and sits at the top of a typical De Beauvoir / Islington house, which is classic Georgian-style (you can see in the photos).

There are two bathrooms and one that is specifically designated to this top room, so you effectively have your own toilet, sink, and shower. It is like an ensuite outside of the room.

The kitchen is at the base of the flat and was newly renovated. It's super modern, and you have a big cupboard for yourself. The fridge was also replaced a few months ago.

The flat has a large garden, and one flatmate has been doing lots of lovely gardening. You are welcome to have people over and enjoy it when you like. There is also a living room on the second floor.

The other flatmates are Sam (30, American, works hybrid office/home in sales), Ruben (35, Peruvian/Italian, pub manager, often works late), and Alia (28, British, interior designer, often at the office). Everyone is friendly and is excited to welcome you when you move in. Sometimes people watch a movie or share wine/cooking together but mainly people do their own thing.

The lease is month to month but the idea is to have someone long-term. They'd like a female, who is permanently employed and is not fully WFH. The room comes unfurnished but I'd be happy to sell the wardrobes that are really nicely fitted to the room as well as the bed and mattress, both recent high-end IKEA. It will be difficult to get another bed up there so glad to accommodate.
