One double bedroom available in a three bedroom, two bathroom De Beauvoir flat.
This flat has been the pinnacle of my time in London, and I’m jealous of whoever gets to move in with the two lovely girls who live here. Amazing amenities with the De Beauvoir Deli for incredible coffee, cakes and sandwiches and the De Beauvoir arms for the perfect weekend pub just around the corner (3 minute walk). A quick 5 minutes takes you to regents canal with easy access to Angel or London Fields. There are plenty of shops nearby including Tesco, Sainsbury’s and Lidl, as well as the whole foods for those extra treats. Lots of green space in Rosemary gardens and Shoreditch park as well as the Britannia Leisure Centre gym just 10 minutes away walking.
In other modes of transport, there are very handy bus routes to central within a couple of minutes either way, and around 15-20 minutes to undergrounds Angel, Highbury and Islington and Haggerston overground.
Rent is £1049 and bills cost ~£200 per month. There is a shared kitchen/living area with a homey feel and one main bathroom with a second smaller toilet/shower room. It has its own front door, and very kind neighbours who are used to taking in a parcel or two.
