Moving out of London on 2nd February, so we’re looking for someone to take my room in a beautifully refurbished Georgian split-level maisonette on Elmore Street, De Beauvoir (N1). There’s also another room becoming available around a similar time if you’re moving with a mate.

*The flat*

Bright, spacious home with a large kitchen/dining area, high ceilings and loads of natural light. There’s also a separate living room, so you can always find a quiet nook.

- Private garden (great in summer)
- 3 bathrooms (including an en-suite) — the two single rooms downstairs share one bathroom
- Great transport links: Essex Road and Canonbury Overground nearby
- Really close to De Beauvoir Arms/Deli, Tesco & Sainsbury's
- Council Tax Band: E

We’re the first tenants since the refurb, so the oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine are all top of the line and brand new

*The room*

Good-sized room currently has a king-size bed (OTTY Original Hybrid mattress - genuinely very comfy), plus a double-height wardrobe and still plenty of space for a desk. Being on the lower level, it also stays nice and cool in summer.

*The household*

You’d be living with a friendly bunch: a Kiwi & Aussie couple, plus one other Kiwi. Good vibes, respectful, and easygoing.

*Terms / flexibility*

- Available from: 2nd February
- Flexible length of let as long as it’s 1 month+
- Furniture can be purchased if you want it, or we can work something out
- If you’re after something shorter-term, we can also discuss rent + bills inclusive
