Large room for rent in De Beauvoir Town

Looking for someone to take over my lovely, bright bedroom in De Beauvoir Town for 6 months from February.

I’m be taking time off work to travel around Central America, so I’m looking for someone to enjoy the space while I’m away.

The bedroom is very spacious, with fitted wardrobes and large windows. From spring onwards, the beautiful trees outside create the most magical natural light, it really makes the room special.

The flat is fully furnished and spread over the top two floors of a terraced house. It has a large kitchen, spacious living room and 1 bathroom.

The garden belongs to the neighbours, but we do have a front patio with a lovely bench, perfect for sitting out with a coffee.

You’ll be sharing the space with Andrej (32), who works in fashion and is in the office 5 days a week (sometimes including weekends). We’re ideally looking for a professional in a similar age range who’s tidy and easygoing.

Rent: £1,300 pcm + bills
Bills are ideally kept in my name and come to approx £350 total (around £175 each).
