2 rooms available in de beauvoir town house

Hi!

Myself and my friend Honor have just submitted and offer for this gorgeous house, and are looking for 2 others to join us.

About the place:
It is such a beautiful period property with drive and a huge garden. It is rather dated but looks a lot better in person and with a bit of love would no doubt be a great place to live. Also the living room now has a big L shaped sofa!

Location:
It’s located bang in the centre of de Beauvoir and is under a 10 minute walk to Haggerston. The canal is 5 minutes away and every amenitie is on your doorstep!

About us:
We were originally looking for a 2 bed but this place is far too amazing to pass up. We are sociable and enjoy going out to the pub or bars but also love a calm night in watching a film, reading or keeping to ourselves sometimes.

We like to be clean! Not in an uptight way, just think if you’re paying that much for a house it’s nice to keep it nice!

I currently work in law and we were talking earlier about spending the summer gardening after work and turning the space into something lovely.

We are both friendly and outgoing and can befriend anyone if they are nice enough!

Summary: like I said we have only just put an offer in and are yet to hear back and so the room prices should be accurate but may go down or up a tiny bit. It’s something we can discuss together so everyone is happy! Also, thanks to chatgpt I’ve kind of accurately guesstimated bills will be about £122 ish a month with council tax!
