I am looking for someone to sublet my room whilst I am away travelling from 7 February to 28 March (7 weeks). It's a double bed in a beautiful and quiet 2-bedroom flat in De Beauvoir, 2 mins from Haggerston station. You would be staying with a 34 year old professional (male), who works from home.
It would be £1750 for the full 7 week period including bills - or £250 per week for shorter stays.
About the flat and room:
We moved into this flat at the start of this 2025 and love living here. It's right by Haggerston overground station and plenty of bus connections. Loads of cool cafes, bars and restaurants around here. The flat is fully furnished and also have a fully equipped kitchen. We get a lot of light during the day and have lots of plants in the living room.
The room has a double bed, a desk and chair (and monitor) and a a wardrobe and chest of drawers for storage.
