Double en-suite room becoming available in this lovely De Beauvoir two-bed flat.

The flat has a spacious open-plan kitchen, living room and dining area with bi-fold doors leading out onto a private terrace. Each tenant also has their own fridge.

The bedroom is a large double and depending on how you'd like to style the space, has a walk-in wardrobe which leads onto the en-suite bathroom with a toilet, sink and shower.

The room comes furnished with a double bed and chest of drawers. I'm also happy to sell the furniture I purchased for the room you'd like it to stay.

The other tenant is a lovely female in her early thirties with a cuddly cat. We keep the flat as a tidy and peaceful home. We enjoy socialising whilst also being respectful of each other's space.

Rent is paid on the 17th of the month so move in would be from the 17th March, or February (I am flexible as to which). The current tenancy runs until mid August and you'll have the option to extend. Bills average £150 per month over Winter, less over Summer.

It really is a lovely space and is amazingly located being moments from the De Beauvoir deli and pub, the canal and with easy walking distance/public transport to Angel, Highbury&I and the City.
