🏠 Double Room in Friendly Haggerston Flat – Move Feb 24!
Sadly, our housemate has to leave back to Spain for work, so we’re looking for someone to move in!

📍 Location
The flat is just a 1-minute walk from the canal, 5-minute walk from Haggerston Overground station, and close to Dalston Junction/Kingsland. The area is very lovely and has local pubs, cafes and restaurants… plus there’s a Lidl 8 min away!

🛏️ The Room
A cozy double bedroom at a great price for the area. It’s ideal for someone who wants a peaceful space but still loves the perks of East London life.

🛋️ The Flat
• Spacious living room (where we love watching TV together, dating shows are our guilty pleasure)
• Fully equipped kitchen with high table for meals
• Balcony – perfect for chilling in the summer
• Two toilets
• Dishwasher and tumble dryer (total game changers)

👯 About Us
You’ll be living with Oriol (25, from Barcelona) is a fashion designer. He loves going to carboot sales and thrifting, a random karaoke night, making dinner with friends and walking around the canal.

Aitana (27, from Valencia), who works in luxury travel PR and works from home 2/3 days a week. She loves travelling (duh), discovering new cafes, music and films. When she’s not working, she’s usually doomscrolling, thrifying or going for walks around the city.

We’re both easygoing, social, and love a good balance of shared dinners, TV nights, and solo downtime. We’re hoping to find someone friendly who’s keen to become part of the household—not just rent a room. Spanish speaker a plus, but not a must :)
