En-suite double in De Beauvoir

My flat is in the heart of De Beauvoir. There is a communal courtyard for the building.

The large kitchen / diner and adjoining living area is super light and spacious, with small balcony.

The double room and private bathroom are both furnished with inbuilt storage, blinds and a double bed, but you are welcome to add anything you need.

I currently work from home as a designer and writer and am contained to my laptop. I mostly socialise out of the house, but sometimes host dinners and am happy for you to do the same. Generally, I keep things quiet, cosy and enjoy sharing the space for some wine, dinner and tv etc.

I am close by to the De Beauvoir Deli, a 7 minute walk from Newington Green and there's lots of lovely pubs and cafes nearby.

Open to short term rentals and mid-week only tenancy.
