- The Flat: Absolutely stunning with floor-to-ceiling windows wrapping around the living space, offering unmatched natural light and access to a large private balcony.
- Move-In Ready: The flat comes exactly as shown in the photos and video (minus my bed sheets!). You won't need to buy a single thing. The kitchen is fully loaded with high-end integrated appliances, all cooking utensils, and coffee machines.
- Super Quiet: Thanks to high-performance insulated glass and extra-thick walls, the flat is completely insulated from city noise. We have literally never heard our neighbors. It is also tucked a little bit away from the main road which is really nice.
The Flatmate
- You’ll be sharing with my current flatmate, who is staying on the contract. He works in banking and is in the office 5 days a week. He is extremely chill, friendly, really tidy, and great to live with (you'll definitely meet him if you're keen to check out the flat).

- The flat is located in the iconic, architecturally designed Duo Towers in the highly coveted De Beauvoir/Hoxton area (N1).
- Nature at your doorstep: Shoreditch Park (7 acres of green space) is right outside the front door, and the building backs directly onto Regent’s Canal.
- Local Vibe: You are surrounded by amazing local spots. Fantastic cafes (like Bobo & Wild and Curio Cabal), great pubs (The Rosemary Branch, The Baring), and Hoxton Street Market are all just a short stroll away.
Transit Times: Unbeatable connectivity.
